PromoPol FAQ

If you use an email address from a generic domain such as @gmail.com or @hotmail.com, PromoPol will not automatically associate you with any association record, since these domains are considered "freemail" and not unique to any business.

If you dont have a website URL, you will need to have a domain name for your association. The cheapest domain registration providers online as of 2025 are Cloudflare, Namecheap, OLITT.com, Porkbun, Hostinger, and Dynadot, each offering low first-year prices and transparent renewal costs for popular domain extensions like .com and .net.

Every association need complementary information from their members.

By default your contacts have an email, Last Name and First Name for every package.

Depending on your package you have access to a certain amount of property fields. You can add as many property fields that will be charged as long as your association needs it.

For example you could add:

• City
• Postal Code
• language preference
• Country
• ....

At the end of each month the packages are calculated on the number of the members in your association.

By default you will be charged for the package as mentioned on the PromoPol pricing Page. At any time, and before the first day of the next month, you can opt to pay for one year in advance and get a significant reduction on your subscription.

Simply click the button of the package you want to activate and pay for the yearly subscription. Once we receive the payment your subscription will be automatically adjusted for the next month. The next package can be activated manually or once your members numbers reach the next level.
